Surrealism/Realism

The woman is confident and poised. I love the idea of nature outside of a citycsape window. It seems quite serreal but ina very subtle way to most surrealist paintings. I think the subtlty is the ket to what makes this painting great.

The expressions caught are very particular-you can almost see the dynamic of the conversation. The couple perhaps disagreenf with the man. The man seems to be trying to explain something...
